Our Security Training is delivered over 4 weeks or 6 weeks and as part of the course you will complete Employability, Retail, Maths and English.
The Security Industry is an expanding Industry where there are many job vacancies. Worth £7 billion the industry has got larger as we have all become more security conscious. With roles paying £12 an hour and the industry still vastly under represented by women, the Security Industry still represents a good option for job seekers.
We put a particular onus on Conflict Management with learners receiving double the recommended Guided Learning Hours on this subject. We consider Conflict Management to be a skill for life and centre on the physiological and psychological effects of being in conflict and techniques learners can use to avoid conflict.
